Cultivation in genetically modified bacteria bioreactors.

The expression of human growth hormone (hGH) and of human prolactin (hPRL) was developed in 20 L bioreactor with working volume of 5 L. Studies of purification and physico-chemical and biological characterization were completed. In progress, the expression of hGH and hPRL antagonists.
